　・Snow scenario is added(only changed part of textures and coefficient of friction).

●About this scenario data
・Non alignment note curve and alignment note gradient are guessed from the map and video, so may be wrong.
・Timing of the diagram is 2014. ATC signal when close to the preceding train is provisional.
